Located in the southwestern part of Himachal Pradesh, Una is known for its cultural and religious significance. Surrounded by the three main districts of the state- Hamirpur, Bilaspur and Kangra, Una has been carved out of the Hoshiarpur district of Punjab in 1966. At that time, all the hilly areas of the Punjab were transferred to Himachal Pradesh and Una is one of them.

And the must-visit places are- Chintpurni Temple, Dera Baba Bharbhag Singh, Bangana Lathian Piplu, Govind Sagar Lake, Baba Rudranath Temple and Killa.
