1. Eco Park (Rajdhani Vatika)
Eco Park is the easiest first stop. It opens at 8:00 AM and closes at 8:00 PM, with a Rs. 20 adult ticket. You can walk the jogging track, sit by the lake or take a boat out. 2. Buddha Smriti Park
This park sits about 100 metres from Patna Junction, so it works well before or after a train. Park entry is Rs. 20, the stupa is Rs. 50 and the museum is Rs. 40. 3. Gandhi Ghat
Come in the evening, when the Ganga Aarti draws a crowd and the riverbank turns golden. Entry is free. Small boats leave from the ghat, and you can negotiate the fare with the boatman. 4. Golghar

5. Patna Planetarium (Taramandal)

6. Bihar Museum
Bihar Museum is a modern museum on Bailey Road, designed by the Japanese firm Maki and Associates with OPOLIS Architects of Mumbai. It opened in phases, in 2015 and fully in October 2017. Adult tickets cost Rs. 100. Most sources say it opens at around 10:30 AM, closes at about 5:00 PM, and is shut on Mondays. Confirm the hours before you go. 7. Patna Zoo

8. Ganga Path (Patna Marine Drive)
The Loknayak Ganga Path is a 20.5 km road along the river between Digha and Deedarganj, and its first phase opened in June 2022. People use it for evening drives, and sources describe good sunset views. Note that it’s an access-controlled expressway. Don’t stop on the carriageway.
